I have sensories issues limiting the clothes i can wear. I hate ripped tissues or certain types of materials, i can't stand wet tissues either.

On the other side i love latex, i really love latex because it's not fiber but a totally sleek material, it's elastic, heavy and mostly hermetic. It's also skintight and i need tight clothes it's like an armor on my skin.
I like only real latex (rubber), not vinyl, pvc or anything petroleum based. I made this page because i know a lot of people are curious about latex.

This fetish is also a way to be out as a queer, transfem, non-binary person. Like gothic, emo or punk people reusing bdsm symbols and military attires.

Latex is slowly entering the fashion industry, like Versace in 2022 and Adidas in 2025 but I'm not sure if the trend will persist because
it's a really weird material: it's hermetic so sweat cannot escape but it's not insulated: it's really difficult to wear in winter, it's sticky, it needs lube, it's washable only by hand and it's fragile. These constraints are why latex clothes are really apart.

I wear latex often, mostly everyday when the temperatures are not extreme.

Buying latex

Some people are allergic to latex! Maybe chlorinated latex can temper that but not sure.

Important:

made to measure is better, especially for catsuits.

never buy latex on amazon, ebay or aliexpress, not even for a first try: it's really bad!

Various options when buying latex:

it can be chlorinated or not, it's a chemical process making the latex non-sticky but really smooth. i don't like it but it's a personal choice.

the standard thickness is 0.4mm, it's the better compromise between durability and elasticity. 0.25mm latex is easier to put on but really fragile. >0.5mm latex is less elastic and so less skintight.

some clothes like catsuits have front or back zips. latex clothes without zippers provide a better insulation feeling but neck entry catsuits in ≥0.4mm are really difficult to put on.

latex is sensible to uv degradation.

a lot of colors are available but light colors are more sensible to uv yellowing. black is better.

Latex clothes are typically made at order, made to measure or not. This implies a manufacturing delay variyng between a few weeks to a few months.

Review of some vendors:

❤️ Adidas: i have black tights in 0.4mm because i was lucky enough to browse their website at the right time. they're nice, material is nice and the fit is awesome but they were too expensive.

✅ Bright&shiny (Ukraine): material is nice (my first catsuit bought 5 years ago is still good) but made to measure could be more precise.

❤️ Chronomatic (Germany): awesome but expensive, latex is like chlorinated on the inside but not outside.

😨 Latex Catfish (China): a lot of choice but made to measure is random and shipping delays are absurd.

❤️ Libidex (UK): a lot of choice, shipping in less than a month and good quality material but not made to measure.

✅ Simon-o (Germany): really nice material and one-side chlorination in option but no made to measure anymore and the designs are old.

Taking care of latex

The triforce of products:

scent free dish soap: for washing latex, with warm water.

silicone lube for wearing it and make it shine (i use begloss easy glide)

talc powder to help removing tight clothes without tearing and store items. avoid amidon based powders, use mineral talc.

Dish soap can be replaced by more expensive specialized products but ultimately they do the same thing: remove oil, sweat, acid or anything that will degrade the material at long term.

After cleaning my latex i rince it in Vivishine: it lubes the material sufficiently to avoid it to stick to itself and shines it.
